Personal training is personal, so it’s important to me that you try it before you commit to future sessions or block booking.
During our first session we can get to know each other, talk about your requirements, I can learn about any medical conditions you may have and carry out some baseline assessments.
I’d like all corners of the community to be able to have access to health & well-being services. If you’d like to train with a friend please feel free to ask, NO question too random!
